Artist Copy Progress Post

Over the past couple of weeks, we have been working on our artist copy projects. Personally, I think it has been a bit slow-moving. I feel like I'm kind of behind but I have been bringing it home to work on so I don't feel as behind. I think one of the things that I have been struggling with is that I feel like the copies don't look like the actual piece. The proportions feel off, but when I look back at the reference I can't find the source of the issue. I think when I start adding the artist marks I will start to feel a bit better. Overall, I'm having a lot of fun with this project and I'm very excited to apply what I've learned to the self portrait.
